There is no need to link this post to any movie review. Critics are made to demystify, if not to destroy a work of art — a cinematic production in this case.

This man lived in chains behind bars for nearly three decades but nothing diminished him. Instead, he inspired a revolution to free his beloved land where black and white, men and women can live in co-existence. He never said South Africa is his land alone, but instead he said that land is for everyone.

Isn’t the same with the indigenous people of this land? Mark Peel said the indigenous people were happy to share this land with the newcomers, but the newcomers wanted it all.

Racism- the term coined to refer to decimating a person based on skin colour– makes me nauseated! I want to throw up. For heaven’s sake, how can one with a white, yellow, red, or brown skin for that matter treat other with a different skin colour like an unevolved humanoid.

Only education is the path to freedom and ultimately to peace.
